Their services have helped more than 30,000 aspirants to acquire the necessary qualifications.
The Challenge
One of the major challenges was to make updating the content on the website simple and fast for the staff of Construction Helpline. Their team spent a considerable time answering questions from the aspirants, which could have largely be solved by making the website more user-friendly. Moreover, gathering basic information from the applicants was tedious and difficult to manage.
The Approach
Starting off with the complex problems first, we categorized the construction courses, trainings and tests strategically. This made it easy for visitor to understand where to look up for the information he or she is interested in. Next, we solved the website management problem with WordPress CMS. Applicants could apply online, which made it easy for their staff to manage applications.
